Q 2: What areas of mental health do you assist with?

Q 2: How much does a counselling session cost?

The cost of counselling sessions is dependant on an individual’s financial situation and can be discussed during the booking process. For more information please click on the ‘Services and Fees’ button below.

Q 3: What forms of payment do you accept?

All payments are invoiced and sent to you via email following the session. If you do not have an email address, a hard copy is sent to your home address or alternative address if requested.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is the preferred method of payment and details are provided on the invoice.

Q1: What’s the difference between a seminar and a workshop?

A seminar is generally academic in nature that can be delivered as a one-off educational session or as a series of lectures focussing on a specific topic. Although a seminar is usually delivered as a formal presentation, it can involve active participation off participants where they engage in discussion about the relevant topic.

Workshops are usually described as a meeting where a group of people learn about something through intensive discussions and activities related to it. Workshops may involve small or large group discussions, exercises and activities, and practical application of concepts learned. In workshops, participants, usually, involve fully in the learning process. Therefore, they include working, thinking, processing, doing, creating, and interacting.
